Shipping policy

We currently ship to the following countries:

Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Products that are not handmade, such as the Burnboard, are usually shipped faster. Handmade items may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address details.
